Today is Wednesday, and so the time has come once again for the weekly fuel price update in Malaysia. The ministry of finance has announced the retail prices of fuels for the coming week of February 20 to 26, 2025.
No change across the board, therefore the prices of petrol and diesel fuels remain where they have been last week. RON 97 petrol remains at RM3.43 per litre, while Euro 5 B10 and B20 diesels hold at RM3.18 per litre, and therefore so does Euro 5 B7 diesel at its difference of 20 sen per litre, at RM3.38 per litre.
RON 95 petrol, likewise, stays at its ceiling price of RM2.05 per litre, as set by the Malaysian government in February 2021. The retail price of diesel fuel in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan continues unchanged at RM2.15 per litre.
These fuel prices will take effect from midnight tonight until Wednesday, February 26, when the next set of fuel price updates will be announced. This is the eighth edition of the weekly fuel pricing format for this year, and the 319th in total since the format was introduced at the start of 2019.
